Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content for web and mobile experiences, including UI copies, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, and product narratives
- Partner with UX designers, researchers, and product teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals
- Use Figma to map out content flows, annotate designs, and collaborate with designers on wireframes and prototypes
- Maintain content consistency by adhering to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines
- Conduct content audits and recommend improvements to enhance clarity and usability
- Work with accessibility experts to ensure content is inclusive and meets WCAG standards
- Leverage data and user insights to inform content decisions and iterate on content strategies
- Use data and analytics to develop content strategies
Requirements:
- 5 years of applicable experience in UX design
- Experience with Figma or Axure for prototyping
- Strong communication skills and experience working with large companies across multiple international teams
- Experience working with cross functional teams
Pay Range: $55.06-$63.06
