Responsibilities:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution
- Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term Business Execution challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders at various levels
- Support document management efforts within the Corrective Action initiative
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Extensive Workday experience
- Strong ability to interface across multiple levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in HR Service Management
- Knowledge of document management and compliance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay Range: $51-61
