Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio, Integration Studio, Extend, and Orchestrate
- Translate business needs into system configurations and technical requirements
- Collaborate across HR Technology, business, and IT teams to ensure seamless Workday solutions
- Support full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing Workday integrations and workflows
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and data governance standards
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (4 6 years, required)
- Experience with Software Development Methodologies (4 6 years, required)
- Experience with Workday HCM (1 2 years, preferred)
- 5 years of HR Technology experience (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or Workday)
- 2 years of Workday Studio and Integration Studio experience
- 1 years of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate experience
