Injection Molding Mechanic

We are looking for a Mechanic to perform various responsibilities including but not limited to cleaning/polishing molds, process inspection, disassembling/assembling molds, and mold installation. You will be the point person on Third shift for any machine and mold maintenance tasks. You will take instruction from the Production Manager on priority duties on a day-to-day basis, following the production schedule to ensure the correct molds are prepared for installation. You will also need to be self-motivated to take on daily tasks that are essential to keeping production running efficiently. This role is essential to ensuring production runs are processing efficiently according to stringent QC standards. The area of responsibility for this role is wide and thus requires knowledge of various injection molding processes. The ideal candidate has injection molding maintenance experience with specific knowledge on Polystyrene and Polypropylene processing.
