Job Summary: To support the graphic needs for the Genesis Global Group (GGG) member companies by moving forward projects for specific lines of business. To bring about, from concept to completion, based on the client’s specifications all marketing collateral, advertising materials, trade show and conference support items, product packaging, image libraries, and maintain branding in all projects to support each GGG Member company’s individual needs in an efficient manner. To cover duties and provide support on both the print materials as well as digital marketing needs in accordance with the workload.
Essential Functions:
Contribute and develop original ideas while working on new projects.
Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials intended for both print and electronic media including but not limited to brochures, technical bulletins, flyers, forms, advertisements, web banners, social media banners, etc.
Assist in the production of posters for scientific presentations, trade-shows, conferences, meetings, etc., including but not limited to the design, printing, lamination and cutting aspects.
Develop packaging designs including but not limited to logo development, interior bubble packaging, exterior boxes, bag design, and package inserts.
Assist in the development and maintenance of all corporate branding needs including but not limited to logo development, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, forms, labels, and vehicle decals.
Scan, create, manipulate and edit images and photographs.
Organize files, both working and archived, for all projects and photograph libraries.
Provide proof reading support for all working projects as needed.
Scan, create, manipulate, and edit images and photographs.
Assemble Marketing Materials for presentations/meetings.
Name plate design and print for internal use.
Support photographic needs with photo editing, printing, framing, displays, etc.
Assist as needed in the creation and implementation of shareable content appropriate for specific networks including page posts, banners, photos, videos, movies, animations, infographics, graphics, blogs, links, etc.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by Managers or the Chief Marketing Officer.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Well-developed ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong organizational skills, knowledgeable of all facets of computer graphics, and detail orientation are of the highest importance.
Must be able to fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
High level of initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to work autonomously.
Confirmed ability to establish, maintain, and retain loyal relationships with internal MDL staff as well as outside clients and vendors.
Energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity.
Must be a quick learner and thinker and able to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making ability.

Must be collaborative and able to work on projects at any stage from concept to completion
Job Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of related course work and/or professional experience in a graphic design position or equivalent.
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Knowledgeable about social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office (Word, Explorer, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in MAC and knowledgeable about PC platforms.
Photography/videography experience a plus.
Proficient in photo-retouching.
Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines, workflow and resources efficiently with special attention to detail.
