Job Summary: High volume hospitality division is seeking a Full-Time team-oriented candidate for the Operations Manager position. The ideal candidate must be courteous and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills. Candidate must also be willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays.
We are seeking an Operations Manager to drive continuing efficiency, continuity, fiscal performance, growth, and related strategies for the portfolio of all restaurants and hotels.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic leadership team and will play a critical role in identifying areas of growth and driving initiatives to meet profitability targets.
Responsibilities:
Present, report, communicate challenges, collaborate on strategic discussions, and related duties with the Hospitality Director and the rest of the leadership team.
Collaborate with senior leadership in order to execute corporate policies, initiatives, and strategic plans.
Responsible for harmonization of operational processes, policies, and procedures between all hospitality locations. Including but not limited to:
SOPs (operational policies and procedures)
Quality: Compliance and Quality Assurance
Reports generation and design with respect to individual restaurants and hotel locations (i.e. making reports look and feel the same between locations)
Standardization and facilitation of headcount and capital expense requests
Standardization and implementation of operational metrics
Direct site leads of all Hospitality locations with other general operational oversight as appropriate
Guide decisions involving price structure and price negotiations
Contribute to developing and implementing the marketing and sales strategy (e.g., brochures, company presentations, events, website improvement)
Collaborate with Senior Leadership in evaluating, justifying, and implementation of added services
Onboarding and harmonization of processes for acquired companies
Actively participate at professional meetings as appropriate
Requirements:
BA degree in Business/Finance/Accounting preferred but, not required.
Experience in business development is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a matrix with business, customer service and other professionals.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, good judgment, and ability to communicate with a diverse range of professionals from Entry-level to Executive level
Ability to recognize the needs of the customer and collaborate with management to develop and implement needed services.
Daily, local travel required
