What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Director position at GENESYS Consulting Services, Inc.?
Responsibilities
- Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of all clinical staff including working with admissions, and continuing care planning for clients.
- Accountable for resident care delivery and new client intakes when needed
- Monitor ongoing professional development of staff, including training
- Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures
- Establish work schedules and assignments for staff
- Collaborate with Fusion Clinical and Program Director and other company Directors to coordinate top-level resident care.
- Oversee compliance with NYS OASAS regulations and ensure quality, and compliance documentation of resident care at all times.
- Collaborate with leadership in the development of a healthy and dynamic workplace environment.
- On occasion, employees will engage in outreach activities to promote the organization to referral partners.s
- Interview, hire, train, appraise, discipline/terminate subordinate staff
- Other duties as assigned by the y supervisor
- Directly responsible for all OASAS required documentation and reporting.
- Ensure minimum therapy is 5 hours per week combining groups and individual therapy sessions.
- Train and supervise all on-site Staff regularly to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Oversight and implementation of Transportation for clients to and from the Fusion Clinic for MAT and additional clinical services and the Residence.
