Job Overview
We are seeking life guards and swim Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guarding and teaching swimming skills and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Duties
- Instruct swim lessons to individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of each swimmer
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their technique
- Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool area
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks as needed, such as cleaning and organizing equipment
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety practices
Skills
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding preferred
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages, including children and adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance procedures is a plus
- Experience in guest services or working in a similar role is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week

Experience:
- Swimming: 3 years (Required)
