Role Description
We're looking for someone to host our showroom of beautiful flooring samples. This role involves helping homeowners to feel welcome when they enter our showroom, guiding them to the proper areas of the showroom for the various types of flooring, and helping them sort through their options. You will need to enter basic information into our software system, check-out flooring samples and ensuring that each customer receives follow-up from one of our experts. We provide lots of training that will set you up for success, even if you're new to the industry.
Qualifications
- Friendly personality that connects with customers
- Ability to work well with others and adapt to different personalities
- Willingness to learn about flooring products and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills in English, written and oral
- Basic computer skills
- Availability for Saturday showroom coverage
Nice to Have, but not necessary
- Bi-Lingual
- Flooring Product Knowledge
- Eye for design
