Registered Nurse (RN) - Overnight Shift Location: Geneva Lake Manor, Lake Geneva, WI
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift: Overnight (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Geneva Lake Manor, a premier non-profit skilled nursing facility. This is an overnight shift position with responsibilities that include providing quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety, and delivering the highest standards of clinical care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their well-being during the overnight hours.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Monitor and assess residents' conditions, reporting any significant changes to the physician and family members as necessary.
Ensure proper documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance and provide support with daily activities as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents at all times.
Educate residents and their families on care plans and health management.
Qualifications:
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
Proven experience in nursing, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and medical protocols.
Ability to work independently and efficiently during the overnight shift.
