Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
