We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team. The desired candidates will be capable of greeting customers, providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions. We are looking for the ability to sell products and upsell when possible using product knowledge and customer interaction. The right candidates must be able to multi-task, take direction well and have excellent communication skills, along with a strong commitment to customer service.
As a manager, you will also be tasked with scheduling employee shifts, inventory checks, purchasing, receiving, market research, social media, handling cash, and making sure store appearance is always maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and receiving product
- Price Tags for new products
- Answer customers' questions about products and services.
- Solve problems that customers may be experiencing.
- Completing sales transactions.
- Help customers find products and services.
- Give recommendations based on customer's search to increase average ticket
- Keep track of cash register during shift.
- Display courtesy to all customers, associates, and management.
- Restock store as needed.
- Write down customer requests for new items.
- Perform cleaning responsibilities during and before end of the shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
