Job Summary for Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk: We are looking for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! Day-to-day tasks include posting invoices, reconciling statements, preparing accounts for payment, reconcile daily deposits, and processes accounts receivable statements.

Responsibilities of Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk:
- Post invoices
- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
- Maintain W-9 files
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Process Daily Deposits
- Run Monthly Receivable statements
- Call on aging receivables
Qualifications for Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk:
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
- Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
- Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
