About the Position
This 13-week contract offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, working nights from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. As a travel nurse RN house supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to patients, employees, administration, management, physicians, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in nursing practice
- Supervisory experience preferred
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
