**About the Job:**
This is a 13-week assignment located in Winnebago, NE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident progress and care provided
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field
