Job Title: LPN / LVN Long Term Care Travel Job
Skillful and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for a travel job in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
Requirements:
- 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- A valid Alaska LPN license.
- Ability to work variable days, including weekends, from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
