Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a Long Term Care Travel Nurse in Warwick, Rhode Island.
This is a 5-week contract opportunity with 40 hours per week, working an 8-hour evening shift, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care
- BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
