Position: LPN – Long Term Care
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour evenings (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
Start Date: 03/24/2025
Pay Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $1,826/week
Hourly Blended: $45/hour
Weekly Taxable: $760/week
Weekly Stipend: $1,066/week
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in LTC (Travel experience must be documented)
Licensing:
- Active LPN NY License (Verified on NURSYS)
- All active licenses must be disclosed
Certifications:
- BLS (Required)
Additional Requirements:
- Local Candidates Accepted (Less than 75 miles – Local Rate Applies)
- Up-to-date resume with documented LTC and travel experience
- 2 recent Charge/Manager references
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Driver’s license with matching address
EMR Experience: PointClick Care
RTO MUST be included at submission
