Location: West Lebanon Comprehensive Treatment Center, West Lebanon, NH
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends if needed; holidays as assigned

Position Overview

West Lebanon Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for adults (18 and older) undergoing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder. The LPN will play a key role in supporting patients' recovery journeys by delivering high-quality nursing care in a structured outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MAT medications such as methadone and buprenorphine.
• Assess patient vitals, monitor withdrawal symptoms, and ensure patient safety during treatment.
• Provide patient education on medication protocols, recovery strategies, and wellness management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including counselors and physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to recovery.
• Offer compassionate care and crisis intervention when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a detox or substance use treatment setting required.
• Certifications:
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of substance use disorders and detox care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with compassion and professionalism.

Pay: $45.00 per hour
