We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Le Mars, IA.
Job Details
- Dates: March 31, 2025 - June 28, 2025 (13 weeks)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour evening shifts (15:00 - 23:00)
Responsibilities
As an LPN/LVN in our Long Term Care facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment. This includes:
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting changes to nursing staff
