Overview
We are seeking a skilled Medical Physicist to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Physicist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of radiation therapy and medical imaging procedures.
Duties
- Utilize your expertise in radiation therapy to develop treatment plans for patients
- Conduct quality assurance tests on radiation equipment to ensure accuracy and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes
- Provide guidance on the safe use of medical imaging equipment such as CT scans and mammography
- Stay current with advancements in medical physics and technology
Experience
Main modality for the unit they need the expertise in: IMRT, Cyberknife Radiosurgery, HDR, Required and/or preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience
Credential/Certifications Required: Masters Degree, ABR Certified
