• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and families on proper care and management techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pediatric LPN / LVN in a long-term care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion and empathy when working with patients and families
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Valid LPN / LVN licensure in the state of employment
