Job Description
As a key member of our cardiac care team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in an ICU setting. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ECMO support to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as an ECMO Specialist
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
