13 week contract
4x12 night shift (48 hours per week)
$27 per hour taxable
$41.25 per hour in stipends

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient needs, particularly in areas such as geriatrics and acute care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks and other documentation systems.
- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff, focusing on areas such as sterile processing and infant care.
- Address any issues related to patient care or staff performance promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control practices within the facility.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current nursing license with relevant supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical records management, particularly using eClinicalWorks.
- Experience in geriatrics, cardiac catheterization, acute care, or similar fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques is advantageous.
- Experience working with children is a plus, demonstrating versatility in patient demographics.
