Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Job Summary:
This is a 2-week travel assignment with 36 hours of work per week. The shift will be 12 hours long, working nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the respiratory health of patients in various settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and maintain life-sustaining equipment such as ventilators and inhalers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
