Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
- Current RN licensure and active registration with the State Board of Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
