Job Description:
A Long Term Care LPN/LVN is needed for a travel assignment in Coldwater, Ohio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Licensure as an LPN or LVN in the state of Ohio.
- 1 year of experience in long term care.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, nights.
