About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team as a travel nurse in West Boylston, Massachusetts. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
This is a 13-week assignment working 40 hours per week on evening shifts, which includes 8-hour blocks from 15:00 to 23:00. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience working in long-term care or a related field.
