Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced ICU RN to fill a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a passion for patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to patients and families in the ICU setting
- Develop and implement effective care plans based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
- Participate in interdepartmental collaboration to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of ICU experience
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH
- Active California nursing license
