About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to join our team on a travel nursing assignment. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Emergency and Medical-Surgical Departments, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, fiscal, and material resources within the department
• Coordinate scheduling of department staff based on patient acuity
• Maintain and monitor staffing records and statistics
• Supervise and lead assigned personnel in daily department operations
• Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer

Utilizing the Five Pillars
