Duties

- Interpret blueprints and implement project plans
- Oversee tasks such as cabinet installation, roofing, flooring installation, stucco work, welding, and construction painting
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management
- Proficiency in a variety of trades including cabinet installation, roofing, flooring installation, stucco work, welding, and construction painting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
