These experiences all integrate together to form one avatar social network, Genies Party.Genies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Game Studio Producer to join Genies Games Studio. Seated in our Los Angeles headquarters and reporting to our Director of Games Studio, the Producer role here at Genies will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development of engaging and immersive gaming experiences within the Genies ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including game designers, game engineers, artists, product managers and executive stakeholders to drive the successful execution of game projects from concept to launch. If you are looking for your next challenge, then come build at Genies!What You’ll be Doing : Lead the end-to-end development process of interactive gaming experiences, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, objectives, and quality standardsCollaborate with game designers, engineers, and artists to define project goals, requirements, and timelinesManage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraintsImplement best practices for project management, including milestone planning, risk assessment, and issue resolutionFoster a collaborative and creative environment within the game development team, encouraging innovation and excellenceEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunitiesOversee quality assurance processes to uphold product excellence and ensure a polished user experienceStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvementContribute to the development of the company's gaming roadmap and product strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and innovationAct as a champion for the Genies brand, embodying its values and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creativityWhat You Should Have :  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)Proven experience (5 years) in game production or project management roles within the gaming industry, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality games on time and within budgetStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsDeep understanding of game development processes, tools, and technologies, with a passion for gaming and interactive entertainmentSolid grasp of business fundamentals, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk managementExperience with agile methodologies and project management tools such Asana and JiraCreative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on and drive resultsA collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork, with a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplaceHow Genies will support youGenies is a well-funded, growing start-up that cares deeply about each of our employees' growth and success. The actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including : professional background, training, transferable skills, work experience, education, location, business and product needs, and market demand. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Salary : $145,000 - $185,000
