Operations Supervisor - Real Estate (Stafford, TX 77477)
Compensation: $26,000 Base Pay Commission/Bonuses

We're seeking an Operations Supervisor, to help manage the day to day operations of a fast paced, growing real estate team and drive sales/closings.
Duties are:
-Manage Leads & CRM (customer relations management software)
-Manage transactions from contract to close
-Coordinate daily with buyers and sellers, and title company to expedite closings
-Send out, and follow up on contracts to buyers and sellers
-Turn on utilities, get insurance, order pictures for listings, and order supplies for properties owned by us
-Pay sub contractors, and payroll
-Daily book keeping entry of payments
-Must be a quick learner and willing to adapt
-Real Estate experience is a MUST; license is NOT required
The right person for this job is a very organized person who can multi task consistently
Have a very good understanding of real estate operations and contracts
Growth minded and wiling to do any work to get deals closed
Must come into the office daily
Have excellent computer skills and can learn how to use new software easily (MS Office, Google drive, Matrix, Zipform/Skyslope, Lofty etc...)
Highly motivated and driven to succeed
Great communication skills via phone and email
Pay will include a base salary commissions and after a 60 day probation period will include bonuses
