Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and implementing Salesforce solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and product owners to ensure successful implementation of features.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide training to end-users.
- Analyze Salesforce reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Identify and propose process improvements using Salesforce best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation tools (like Process Builder, Flow, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $48.54 - $52.80 per hour
