Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid/Onsite preferred)
Visa Status: GC & USC only

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Build responsive, dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems using APIs, SQL, and Data Extensions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, Data, and Creative teams to define requirements and deliver campaign solutions.
- Create and maintain complex customer journeys and automation workflows using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot issues in existing campaigns and journeys.
- Utilize Einstein Analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs and campaign performance.
- Stay current with Marketing Cloud updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and SSJS.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Email Studio.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and segmentation within SFMC.
- Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
