RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE : Lead Ulta’s transformation initiative by providing value-driven recommendations.Analyze and enhance existing merchandising processes and functionalities.Implement new business requirements through enhancements, customizations, and user exits.Prepare detailed documentation, including Requirement Analysis, Functional / Technical Specifications, Design Documents, User Manuals, and Test Scripts.Coordinate with teams for deployments, integrations, and sign-offs.EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS : 10 years of experience in SAP Merchandising5 years of experience in Retail domain background.Expertise in SAP Retail, MM, and SD modules.Hands-on experience in customizations, enhancements, and user exits.Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.Experience with integration and deployment coordination.
