We are looking for Seasoned OT Network Tech Mid Level expert level insight from wisdom gained through experience to offer alternative solutions in automation network design and philosophies, advanced abilities troubleshooting automation network infrastructure. Applies knowledge in design reviews and process hazard analysis. Need a subject matter expert.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Requires occasional offshore travel to deep water facilities
- Requires travel to attend meetings and FAT’s throughout the gulf coast
- Install, program, maintain or repair automation network and security system
- In depth understanding of automation network control systems
- Proficient in PLC programming, HMI development and network structure
- Testing and checking the system for weakness in software and hardware
- Maintain firewalls, VPN’s, servers and switches
- Configure and install security infrastructure devices
- Ability to communicate and report network security issues to upper management
- Configure and troubleshoot operating systems associated with computers, servers, and other OT devices
