Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Conduct assessments to track student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development

- Incorporate physical education and math concepts into daily lessons
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students, including those with special education requirements
Skills:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child welfare guidelines and best practices
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
