Responsibilities

- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals to support children's individual needs, including those requiring special education services.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Stay updated on best practices in preschool education and childhood development.
Requirements
- Experience working with preschool-aged students in an educational or daycare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
