M&A Transaction Risk Associate
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Hybrid)
The M&A Transaction Services team conducts due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, focusing on property and casualty insurance. The Associate will provide auditing and analytical support throughout the process.

The M&A Transaction Services team conducts due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, focusing on property and casualty insurance. The Associate will provide auditing and analytical support throughout the process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years in corporate risk
- Experience in private equity is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong confidentiality standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technologies
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to travel (less than 10% annually)
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Critical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with transaction teams to manage document workflows
- Collect and track due diligence data from various sources
- Review and analyze property, casualty, and financial documents
- Update benefit plans and cost data for integration
- Maintain databases and assist in preparing transition documents
- Support the Corporate Risk M&A Diligence Team with various initiatives
