Technology Procurement Specialist
Contract Length : 12 months plus potential extension
Location : Dallas, Texas - Downtown (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Procurement Specialist to manage procurement processes for technology hardware, software, and services. In this role, you'll work closely with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 4 years in technology sourcing / procurement, with hands-on RFP and contract management experience
- Good technology acumen with advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of procurement best practices and technology contract terms
- Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred prior experience with SaaS, cloud contracts and a solid understanding of legal and technology agreements
