Genius Talent is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Loan Servicer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of consumer loan servicing duties and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment, perfection, and maintenance of title records
- Resolution of credit bureau reporting and disputes through various channels
- Processing of insurance claims for damages and total losses
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan servicing and possess excellent communication skills. They should be able to efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls as necessary to follow up on member inquiries.
As a successful Consumer Loan Servicer, you will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeframe. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve this goal.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of one year experience in business collateralized title processing and loan servicing
- One year of Federal Credit Report Act credit bureau reporting and dispute resolution experience (preferred)
