The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, managing the bar area, and providing full dinner service to guests seated at the bar. In our collaborative environment (no bussers or barbacks), you'll also be expected to actively support the service team by running food/drinks and assisting on the floor as needed.
This position requires availability for 4 shifts per week, primarily dinner (approx. 6-7 hours per shift), with occasional brunch shifts.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to bar guests, including full dinner service.
- Engage with guests and cultivate relationships with our neighborhood clientele.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
- Support floor staff by running food, drinks, and assisting with service steps as required.
- Operate POS system for orders and payments.
- Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
