Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at Genji, opening soon! We are searching for passionate servers who can provide hospitality and enjoy providing exceptional guest service.
Duties
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Knowledgeably describe menu items, make recommendations, and upsell products
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
- Process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
-Have knowledge using handheld ordering system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on surroundings and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with bussing tables and restaurant operations
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $25.00 per hour
