Clinic Physician provides clinical services within the scope of practice of his / her specialty; adheres to all treatment procedure and medication guidelines as directed by clinic policies and state or federal law; conducts self in aprofessional manner strictly following confidentiality policies and working cooperatively and supportive withother staff; regularly evaluates staff and provider performance providing constructive feedback and realisticexpectations.
