Full-Time – Days – Rotating Weekends
Job Summary and Qualifications:
The Nurse Manager Post Surgical Neuro Oncology ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit. The Manager also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
What qualifications you will need:
· Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
· BLS required
· Candidate must have experience in leading an acute care unit. Strong and proven leadership skills are essential.
· Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
· 1 years of experience in nursing leadership/supervision in an acute care setting required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 per year
