Job Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-time position as a Business Development Manager/ Representative at GenoBioTX in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with biopharma and academic clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, market research, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
· Master or Ph.D. in bioscience field, previous business development experience is a plus
· Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
· Commitment to providing clear communication within the team and to client
· Ambition to build strong relationships and work with a team toward successfully filling roles
· Flexibility to travel and conduct in-person client visits
