MOLD PREP POSITION

GENOVA PIPE PADUCAH, KY

Qualifications

•  Plastic Injection Mold Repair
•  Electrical Experience with 120 VAC and 24 VDC circuits
•  Hydraulic cylinder and motor repair
•  Strong mechanical and organization skills Responsibilities
•  Maintain and Troubleshoot Molds
•  Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance on all molds
•  Assist with production with mold troubleshooting
•  Communicate with management and mold shops to preform outsourced mold repair.
•  Follow a fast-paced schedule for production
•  Organize and maintain a safe mold shop.
•  Organize and identify mold locations
•  Data entry of all mold records Requirements
•  Ideal candidate will have a strong set-up, repair of injection molds
•  Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Background is a must
•  Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time
•  Must have own tools and roll around box.
•  Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
•  Seeking a team player who is also capable of working with minimum supervision
•  Minimum high school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
