Come join our small but rapidly growing and well respected bovine advanced reproductive company! GenOvations specializes in bovine and small ruminant advanced reproduction, including surgical and non-surgical embryo transfer, in vitro fertilization, laparoscopic AI and worldwide embryo marketing and sales. We are located just north of Madison, Wisconsin, the heart of the bovine genetics capital of the world! We are seeking to add a full-time Export Coordinator to join our energetic and rapidly growing team.
Key responsibilities include:
--coordination and communication with clients and import agents
--coordinating donor testing
--preparing USDA paperwork and health certificates for embryo exports
--assisting with marketing and project development
--packing tanks for export
--embryo and semen inventory management
--record keeping/data entry
--other daily administrative duties
--The right candidate will have the opportunity to be cross trained in embryology and assist cow side with procedures if interested.
Education Requirements:
-- B.S. in Animal Science or related field, CVT, or associate’s degree
Skills/Experience:
--Knowledge of and/or experience in the cattle industry
--Attention to detail and organization
--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The qualified individual will have a B.S. in Animal Science or a related biological science field. Experience with the registered cattle industry may be substituted for education. The candidate should be proficient with computer programs such as MS Word and MS Excel, have a strong attention to detail, possess great written and verbal communication skills, and display excellent time management and organizational skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience and profit-sharing bonuses as well as other fringe benefits are available.

Given the concentration of breeders in close proximity, and partnerships with nearby donor herds, the work day ends by 4 or 5pm nearly every evening, our employees do not work on weekends and we strive to provide a healthy work life balance.
Our amazing team includes our CFO, embryo export coordinator, office administrator, 3 embryologists, semen sorting technician and a donor farm herd manager.
Our practice is located in the beautiful Lodi Valley in Wisconsin close to Devil's Lake State Park and the Ice Age Trail, where bluffs, streams, and lakes are intermixed with excellent farmland. Fishing, hiking, hunting and boating opportunities abound. Madison is only a 20-minute drive with many cultural and social activities.
