"The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000. Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based models and dashboards to provide insights and track key performance indicators.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Conduct market and industry research to support business development and competitive analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
- Perform data mining and statistical analysis to uncover trends and patterns.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Some years of experience in Advanced Data Analysis, Automation
- Strong experience in Excel
- Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Engineering or related filed
- Experience in the aviation industry
- Hands-on experience in BI Tools in analysis, design, and development
- Automation using Python, VBA
